The British-American rock band known by the name Foreigner made the best story of their lives with their first ever soft love song “Waiting For a Girl Like You,” in 1981. The song elevated to the second position in the US Top 100 Hot Billboard right next to Olivia Newton’s song “Physical” for nine weeks, and then to Hall and Oates’s song “I Can’t Go For That” for another week.
